Oregon PHCC is pleased to offer scholarships to students in plumbing, heating and cooling apprenticeship programs. For 2026, ORPHCC will award $500 scholarships payable in August, 2026. Oregon PHCC does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, color, creed, religion, physical challenge or national origin. All decisions related to awarding scholarships are final and at the sole discretion of Oregon PHCC.

The deadline for submitting this application is June 30, 2026. Please fill out the online application or mail in a filled out version of the pdf below.
